When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought. If you send a gift, we also receive the recipient’s name and address, used only to deliver it. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
When you join the Maryko list: your email address, the date, and your approximate country.
When you browse: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and running well. Your bag is saved on your own device. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.
To process, ship and support your order; to send order confirmations and shipping updates; to answer questions about your order; to prevent fraud; and to meet tax and legal obligations. We send news and restock emails only if you joined the Maryko list, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run Maryko — payment processing, sales tax calculation, website hosting, email delivery and shipping — and only what each needs to perform its service on our behalf. They are required to keep it secure and confidential. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years. List signups are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. We honor these requests for every customer, and you will never be treated differently for making one. Email info@maryko.jewelry with “Privacy request” — we’ll confirm your identity and respond within 45 days.
Because we don’t track visitors across websites or use advertising cookies, our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal.

Links to other sites, such as our Instagram, are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.
Our jewelry is made for children, but this website is for parents and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and payments are handled by a processor certified to the highest level of the card industry’s security standard (PCI DSS Level 1). We limit access to personal information to those who need it to serve you.

These terms apply to every purchase from maryko.jewelry. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you’ll receive a full refund. We sell to customers in the United States only, and our pieces are for personal use, not resale.
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, including for pre-orders. We accept major cards and the other payment methods offered at checkout.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay. Shipping within the US is free.
Pre-ordered pieces are made for you and ship in about 30 days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If we can’t ship by the estimated date, we’ll email you a new date and you may cancel for a full refund. You can also cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships by emailing orders@maryko.jewelry.
Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when your package is delivered. Every order ships insured — see Shipping for details.
Each piece is handcrafted, so small variations in finish are natural and not defects. We work to show colors and sizes accurately, but screens vary.
Earrings are small parts and can be a choking hazard. Our pieces are designed for ages 3 and up and should be worn by young children under adult supervision. Remove earrings if irritation occurs.
We can’t accept returns or exchanges once an order ships — see our Returns policy.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under California or federal law.
Maryko designs, photographs, text and the Maryko name and logo belong to Maryko LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Before filing any claim, please contact us — most issues can be resolved quickly.
